The Ag Dul in Éag series examines the plight of some of the animals that went extinct in Ireland, both from centuries ago right up to modern times.

There are many reasons to watch TG4's acclaimed weather information bulletins - their content is matched by their style and the presenters add greatly to the mix! Every day brings a range of bulletins aimed at both specialist and general audiences.

AN G-TEAM
TG4 and Adare Productions are producing a brand new series where non-Gaeltacht communities can compete against each other for the opportunity to call themselves The G-Team winners 2011 and win a €40,000 Foras na Gaeilge prize to use in promoting their local area.

BEAN AN TÍ SA CHISTIN
This cookery show is a cook-off between two ‘Bean an Tí’s’ from different Gaeltachtaí. The two ladies will cook a two-course meal each for 6 students who will taste each meal and vote on a winner. Broadcaster Pádraig Ó Sé will present the show.

CÉ A CHÓNAIGH... ?
Cé a Chónaigh i mo Theachsa? / Who Lived in My House? Presented by Manchán Magan, is the series that tells the extraordinary stories of our houses and who lived in them before us.

FÍORSCÉAL
A weekly series on TG4 which gives a voice to the best of the world's investigative journalists. Programmes that delve into the world of secrecy, demanding answers of the powers that be, and illuminating the dark corners. Some aspects will disturb you, others will enrage you. But it will also lift your heart, and inspire you.

GAA BEO
High quality coverage of gaelic games, February to May. Exclusive live GAA coverage from a top Sunday afternoon fixture as well as full deferred coverage from a second match. GAA competitions covered include the National Football and Hurling Leagues, AIB Club Championships.

GEANTRAÍ
This evergreen traditional music series is one of TG4’s most popular and has been a staple in the programme schedule since the channel first came on air. It conveys the unique atmosphere of a pub session and programmes feature the best of regional traditional music from around the country.

GRADAM CEOIL TG4
Clareman and concertina maestro Noel Hill heads the list of recipients of the TG4 Gradam Ceoil 2011 (Traditional Music Awards). This year’s Gradam recipients range over a wide spectrum of talents. Those honoured in the various categories include a legendary Leitrim fiddler, a world-renowned pianist and academic authority, an exciting young piper from the eastern shores of Galway bay, a Grammy-nominated Chicago-born composer and performer and a multi-talented West Kerry singer and flute-player best known for her playing with the world-renowned traditional groups Danú.

IMEALL
Imeall is TG4's flagship arts and culture series presented by Tristan Rosenstock on Thursdays at 9.30pm. Imeall covers music, the visual arts, the performing arts, literature, poetry, film and everything arts and culture-related in between, in an upbeat, fresh, energetic and vibrant style.

Every Tuesday @ 18.25, PONC XL will highlight the latest trends in fashion and technology and will also keep you posted on any new video games, music news, sports and more. You can get up-to-the minute movie news with Máire Treasa and Colmán, as they bring you the best interviews, footage and gossip about upcoming films and dvd’s in a weekly half-hour movie show, PONC @ na MOVIES every Thursday @ 18.25.

RÉALTAÍ CHEOL TÍRE
Réaltaí Cheol Tíre features music videos from Ireland's top country artists, filmed on location at some of the most beautiful locations throughout the country.

ROS NA RÚN
This season’s storylines continue with lots of local wrangling, gossip, love-stories that blossom and some that fade as well as all the wit and banter that is the stuff of social activity in shops, clubs and pubs throughout the country.

RUGBY ON TG4
TG4 will broadcast in excess of 25 live RaboDirect PRO12 Rugby games on Rugbaí Beo on Friday and Saturday evenings – including the huge clash between Leinster and Munster, live from the Aviva Stadium on Friday 4th November. 24 matches deferred from the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand including all the Irish matches as well as the Quarter-finals, Semi-finals and Final. SEÓ SPÓIRT
