Mairéad Ní Bhrádaigh's Meal

Pasta with chicken and salami

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • Pepper
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 2 tins of tomatoes
  • coriander
  • Basil
  • A little sugar
  • Salt
  • Salami
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Garlic
  • Bread

Method:

  1. Fry the salami in a pan.
  2. Add the chicken.
  3. Fry for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Mix the salami and chicken with the pasta.
  6. Cover with cheese and bake in the oven on a low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix the butter and garlic together, spread on the bread and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Dessert

Crepes with nutella and ice cream

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Ice cream
  • Nutella

 

Method:

  1. Mix the flour, milk and beaten eggs together.
  2. Pour onto a pan and cook on either side.
  3. Serve the crepes spread with nutella with ice cream in the middle.
