Mairéad Ní Bhrádaigh's Meal
Pasta with chicken and salami
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- Pepper
- 2 mushrooms
- 2 tins of tomatoes
- coriander
- Basil
- A little sugar
- Salt
- Salami
- Flour
- Milk
- Water
- Garlic
- Bread
Method:
- Fry the salami in a pan.
- Add the chicken.
- Fry for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling
water for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix the salami and chicken with the
pasta.
- Cover with cheese and bake in the
oven on a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Mix the butter and garlic together,
spread on the bread and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Dessert
Crepes with
nutella and ice cream
Ingredients:
- Flour
- Milk
- Eggs
- Ice cream
- Nutella
Method:
- Mix the flour, milk and beaten eggs
together.
- Pour onto a pan and cook on either
side.
- Serve the crepes spread with nutella
with ice cream in the middle.
