Nuacht TG4 will maintain the emphasis on Gaeilge, Gaeltacht and regional issues within the wider national and international news agenda. With anchor Eimear Ní Chonaola leading a team of correspondents and video journalists throughout the country.

The service will broadcast special reports in news exchange with Scottish colleagues in BBC Alba and there will be an augmented sports news service. A weekly selection of the best regional and Gaeltacht stories will feature in the Timpeall na Tíre programme.
