Presenter Dara Ó Cinnéide is looking forward to a jam packed Spring full of Sport, from the new season Allianz Football and Hurling Leagues, the AIB Club Championships & NEW to the series Rugby with the RBS Six Nations Championship, the closing stages of the Rabo Direct Pro 12 & The Heineken Cup.
In 2012 we have a great competition on the show, in association with Ulster Bank Rugby Force. We have accommodation for two and VIP tickets to the 6 nations match between Ireland and Scotland in the Aviva Stadium on March 10th.
The “Céard a thárla” competition returns, with viewers sporting memories tested as they recall ‘what happened next?’ in order to win a county GAA jersey of their choice from O’Neill’s.
Ó Cinneide is also looking forward to the hugely popular schools competition “Thar an Trasnán” in association with O’Neills which returns to our screens.
Last years competition was won by Ard Scoil Rís in Limerick City and they will be the first school to feature in the new series where they bid to retain their title.
