A brand new four part series that charts the emigrant experience in London by the 20 and 30 something’s that have moved there in recent years. It is a lively and intimate portrayal of the Irish experience in London, following young Irish-speakers as they make a life for themselves in a city that is home to over 8 million people.

Grace Harte feels stranded in a passionless marriage living in the crumbling hotel she runs with her husband Leo on the West Coast of Ireland. The arrival of Danny, a young surfer, on the beach adjacent to the hotel is the catalyst for a series of violent events that will change all of their lives forever.

As the only source of on-screen news available to the general public during the first half of the twentieth century, the newsreels were hugely influential and popular. This series will show how some of Ireland’s most important stories were handled by newsreel editors trying to cater for audiences with a wide and shifting range of political allegiances.

As the game begins, Jeff Probst, welcomes the eighteen strangers cruising through the waters of Kaôh Rong in Southeast Asia. The castaways arrive on the island of Kaôh Rong in Cambodia and are divided into three tribes according to brains, brawn and beauty. This season is known as “The most punishing season of Survivor”.
