In this documentary we tell the remarkable story of Star of the Sea FC, a youth football team that dominated for a period in the late 1960s and who's community represented the ideal - Protestant and Catholic living side by side in relative peace and harmony. But by 1970, the dark spectre of the Troubles loomed large. We tell the story of how sectarianism tore "Star" asunder and the tragic aftermath from the perspective of three players - Raymond McCord, Tommy O'Neill, and Denis Sweeney - who, despite shunning sectarianism, were nonetheless impacted by the Troubles.
