This documentary looks at Shenzhen in China, widely considered to be one of world's most advanced and futuristic cities. It features drone deliveries, driverless taxis, and palm-scan payments as well as an omnipresent surveillance network that uses facial-recognition police robots and behaviour-analysing cameras. This has cut public crime by 80% but has also enabled total state control and dissent censorship.
