Late July is the busiest time of year for contractors. Mark Daynes is flat out baling silage while Willy races to harvest barley before the weather breaks. In North County Dublin, the cabbage crop is finally ready and the Gallaghers in Donegal continue harvesting oysters unhindered by the season.
