Luke Fitzgerald, Eileen Dunne, Peter Coonan, Valerie Mulcahy and Seamus Begley are among the guests featured. Journalist Harry McGee joins our guest in the National Library as they look through newspapers and archive from the day they were born. They then select 3 stories that capture their imagination and head off on a journey to find out more about the people and events that were featured.
 
Programme 2 – Luke Fitzgerald
Former rugby player Luke Fitzgerald follows up on the stories from the day he was born, 13th September 1987. He heads to Achill to learn more about Don Allum, the first man to row the Atlantic solo both ways. Also that day, Colonel Gadaffi launched an intensive recruitment drive in Ireland for specialists in the oil industry.
