Last year\u2019s renewal saw the Rebecca Curtis-trained Haiti Couleurs claim the prestigious prize, and anticipation is already building for this year\u2019s contest.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>R\u00e1sa\u00ed Beo<\/em> team will continue its extensive nationwide coverage throughout the summer months. In mid-May, TG4 will broadcast <strong>Royal Ascot Trials Day from Naas Racecourse<\/strong> for the second consecutive year. With over \u20ac300,000 in prize money on offer, the meeting is a key fixture in the flat racing calendar and an important stepping stone towards Royal Ascot.<\/p>\n<p>Just over a week later, coverage returns to the scenic <strong>Ballinrobe Racecourse<\/strong> for the fifth successive year, where the highlight will be the Mayo National. The 2025 edition was won by Danny Gilligan aboard Western Fold, trained by Gordon Elliott.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following a successful first visit in 2025 to <strong>Cork Racecourse in Mallow<\/strong>, where the Munster Oaks headlined the card, the landmark broadcast brought the number of Irish racecourses featured by the series to <strong>23 of the island\u2019s 26 tracks<\/strong>, underlining TG4\u2019s commitment to showcasing racing across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Summer coverage continues with the ever-popular <strong>Galway Races<\/strong>, as TG4 returns to Ballybrit for live broadcasts on both Friday and Saturday of the festival.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In September, <em>R\u00e1sa\u00ed Beo<\/em> will once again visit <strong>Listowel for the Harvest Festival<\/strong>, continuing a long-standing association that now spans 22 consecutive years. The 168th edition of the Kerry festival promises another thrilling week of racing, with last year\u2019s Kerry National won by Spanish Harlem, trained by Willie Mullins and ridden by Danny Mullins.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coverage will once again be led by Se\u00e1n B\u00e1n Breathnach, joined by M\u00e1nus \u00d3 Conghaile, Sarah Lynam, Tom\u00e1s B\u00e1ic\u00e9ir and \u00c9velyn N\u00ed Ghriallais. Reporting from the parade ring, Daragh \u00d3 Conch\u00fair will bring viewers closer to the action with interviews and insights from jockeys, trainers, owners and racegoers.
