This month's launch of the DVD version of TG4's hit teenage drama means that more than ten of the channel's most popular Irish language kids and young people's series is now available for purchase on DVD.

Aifric is the the first ever original television drama series in any language created and produced in Ireland for teenagers and has won many awards and prizes including two IFTA's and the Youth Award from the Celtic Media Festival. The DVD launch was made by Gaeltacht Minister Éamon Ó Cuiv TD
