Strong Online Audience Growth for TG4’s Coverage of Oireachtas na Samhna 2025

TG4’s comprehensive coverage of Oireachtas na Samhna 2025 proved a major success across all platforms, with audiences tuning in to celebrate the best of Irish culture, creativity, and community.
Oireachtas na Samhna programming reached nearly 200,000 viewers on TG4’s linear television service, including highlights such as Steip, Lár Stáitse 2025, 7LÁ and Nuacht TG4.
Across TG4’s digital platforms, including TG4.ie, YouTube, and Facebook Live, there was a significant increase in streams and engagement of #OnaS25 competitions compared to 2024.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media activity was particularly strong. Content related to the Oireachtas across TG4, Molscéal, TG4 Trad, Cúla4, BLOC, Foghlaim TG4 and Nuacht TG4 social channels achieved over 900,000 views since the 29th of October.
