TG4 is thrilled to confirm two days of live racing coverage from the Galway Races Summer Festival 2025, with Rásaí Beo broadcasting over four hours of live action each day on Friday 1st August and Saturday 2nd August.
 

 
A highlight of the Irish sporting calendar, Rásaí Beo returns to Ballybrit for another unmissable weekend of horse racing drama. All 16 races across the two days will be shown, including Friday’s feature race, The Guinness Handicap (6:35pm), famously won in 2024 by Nurburgring with JJ Slevin aboard, and Saturday’s standout, the BoyleSports Handicap Hurdle (2:37pm), taken last year by The Wallpark, trained by Gordon Elliott.
 
The Rásaí Beo team will be on-site with a full suite of expert analysis and commentary. Presenter Seán Bán Breathnach leads the coverage alongside analysts Mánus Ó Conghaile and Evelyn Ní Ghriallais, with Daragh Ó Conchúir, Meghann Scully, and Cárthach Breathnach reporting from trackside and providing commentary.
 
Rásaí Beo is produced by Nemeton TV, based in the Waterford Gaeltacht of An Rinn. The production team is also behind TG4’s much-loved Laochra Gael, Peil na mBan Beo, and GAA Beo.
