This two-part mini-series will provide a fascinating and unique insight into how Ireland, Irish people and indigenous Irish Gaelic games have been depicted in the cinema since the beginning of the last century, including in Hollywood productions. The series will also trace the central role of Gaelic games in the emergence of an indigenous Irish film culture.

This new traditional music series is a celebration of the customs and traditions from rural Ireland. Hosted by whistle player and singer Nell Ní Chróinín, this series will examine rural Ireland in 2024 in a cultural and musical context, meeting great characters and hearing great performances along the way.
